The SZ-M and SZ series 10kV and 35kV on-load tap-changing transformers manufactured by our company meet the performance standards specified in GB 1094 “Power Transformers” and GB/T 6451-2008 “Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformers.” The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with a fully skewed lap joint structure that features no perforations. The windings are crafted from high-quality oxygen-free copper, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and ensuring safe operation. These transformers are widely used in power transmission and distribution networks across urban, rural, industrial, and agricultural areas.
Performance characteristics
1. On-load tap-changing, with high reliability, advanced performance levels, and reasonable economic indicators.
2. The iron core features a three-stage lap joint with a stepped structure, and its surface is coated with a curing varnish to reduce losses and noise.
3. The winding structure is novel, the oil passages are designed reasonably, and a new insulation structure is adopted, enhancing mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.
4. The fuel tank types are divided into two structures: fully sealed and equipped with an oil reservoir cabinet.
