SC(B)11-30~2500 epoxy-resin cast dry-type power transformers—made from high-quality materials and formulated with scientifically optimized recipes, and manufactured using advanced production and testing equipment under stringent process controls. These products feature high reliability and long service life. Depending on the specific application environment, they can be equipped with enclosures of varying degrees of protection or can be supplied without an enclosure altogether. They serve as a modern replacement for oil-immersed transformers and are suitable for use in residential buildings, commercial facilities, and other applications.
Important or special environments such as centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, and ships.
The various conditions applicable to the product comply with the GB1094 standard, "Power Transformers."
Product Features
1. The core material is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a fully skewed-lap joint laminated structure.
2. The low-voltage coil features a foil-wound structure and is wound using high-quality copper foil. The high-voltage coil has a layered structure and is cast in vacuum epoxy.
3. Safe, fire-resistant, and pollution-free—can be directly operated in the load center.
4. High mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, minimal partial discharge, excellent thermal stability, high reliability, and long service life.
5. Low loss, low noise, significant energy-saving performance, and maintenance-free.
6. Good heat dissipation performance, capable of operating in harsh environments.
7. Excellent moisture resistance, enabling operation in harsh environments.
8. It can be equipped with a sophisticated temperature monitoring and protection system. Utilizing an intelligent signal-based temperature control system, it can automatically monitor and cyclically display the operating temperatures of each of the three-phase windings. The system can also automatically start and stop the fans and features alarm and trip functions.
9. Small size, light weight, minimal footprint, and low installation costs.
