Product Features
The SC(B)-series dry-type transformers manufactured by our company are a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly dry-type transformers developed on the basis of absorbing advanced foreign technologies and cutting-edge experiences from within the industry.
The core material is made of high-permeability, low-expansion, premium-grade cold-rolled silicon steel sheets—30ZH130—produced by Nippon Steel Corporation of Japan. A step-by-step lamination process is employed to minimize no-load losses, no-load current, and noise, ensuring that the product is safe and reliable.
The coils are made using Class F or Class H resins from Switzerland’s Ciba company, offering excellent impact resistance. The coils feature no corner cracks and possess self-extinguishing properties, emitting neither toxic nor harmful gases. They exhibit outstanding insulation performance and high dielectric strength, with strong resistance to sudden short circuits. The coils also demonstrate excellent moisture resistance, enabling them to operate reliably under 100% relative humidity and other harsh environmental conditions. After shutdown, these coils can be put back into operation immediately without the need for drying. The coils are manufactured using German casting technology, which involves casting under high vacuum conditions, ensuring that the coils are free of internal air pockets. The coil surfaces are left unmodified, presenting a smooth, mirror-like finish that is both elegant and aesthetically pleasing. Moreover, the products exhibit extremely low partial discharge levels.
The fan used is an axial-flow cooling fan, characterized by low noise, energy efficiency, and uniform cooling. After the fan is started, it can enhance short-term overload capacity. It can be equipped with an intelligent temperature protection controller. The transformer temperature protection system employs the PCT linear resistance sensing principle, featuring LED temperature display to enable precise measurement and control of the transformer’s temperature. The system automatically issues alarm and trip signals, and allows for automatic or manual fan start/stop operations. It boasts high accuracy, stability, and reliability, and also provides a computer interface, offering a reliable safeguard for the safe operation of the transformer.
The enclosure is assembled from materials such as corrosion-resistant aluminum profiles, textured aluminum panels, aluminum alloy mesh panels, or stainless steel plates, offering excellent ventilation and protective performance.
